Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating late gym hours, and quickly responding to requests! The location was well-situated for neighborhood exploration.
The décor feels quite dated, reminiscent of the 80s, diminishing the overall ambiance. Room service had significant delays, which was disappointing!

Had a really welcoming experience with the staff who were always ready to help out. The highlight was definitely the breakfast where a special plate of surprise was given every morning for gold members like us, making it feel even more special.
It was a bit pricey but still manageable.
